Books are shipped via FedEx Ground within 3-5 business days. If you prefer a different shipping method, please include your shipping account number in the "Special Instructions." 

 

REFUNDS: Books can be fully refunded if returned within 6 months and in the same condition as received. The bookstore is responsible for return shipping costs. Bookstores with the 1st and 2nd editions may exchange them for copies of the 3rd edition at no charge.
