SHIPPING: Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. Books are shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground within 3-5 business days. If you prefer a different shipping method, please include your shipping account number in the "Special Instructions" below or on the Purchase Order.

 

REFUNDS: Books can be fully refunded if returned within 6 months and in the same condition as received. The bookstore is responsible for return shipping costs. Bookstores with previous editions may exchange them for copies of the 5th edition at no cost.
